Schnucks Accepts Competitor Catalinas

Just an FYI, Schnucks accepts competitor catalinas for specific products, but not for $ off your next order. Today they accepted my Walgreens catalinas after I emailed corporate.

For example, today they took the Free Always Walgreens catalina coupons and a $8 Cover girl Walgreens catalina.

Please be aware that the catalinas will not automatically go through, and requires a manager override so be prepared to wait. Most cashiers are not aware of the policy either, so it wouldn't hurt to have your own email from corporate available to present if there are any questions.

I would also warn the people behind you that it may take a while. If you are like me, you will warn the people behind you, who will not believe you (since you only have a few items), and then those people will get huffy when it really does take a long time. Oh well....you warned them!

Here is what corporate said to me in their email:

"Thank you for your message and for taking the time to send your inquiry.

We do accept the competitor Catalina coupons for specific items.
However, we do not accept competitor Catalina coupons for certain dollar
amounts off the next order/purchase.
